Terms of Service

Last updated: October 1, 2026

These Terms govern your use of ipark.today (the “Service”), operated by ipark.today (“we”, “us”). By creating an account, buying a plan or using a digital ticket, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ipark.today is software that lets valet operators and venues (“Venues”) issue digital claim tickets, manage vehicle retrieval and collect tips and parking fees from guests (“Guests”). We provide software only. We do not park, move, store or insure vehicles.

2. Accounts

Venue staff must create an account with accurate information and keep login details secure. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you let use it. Guests do not need an account.

3. Plans, billing and trials

  • Single Event pass: $19 one-time, valid 48 hours, up to 150 vehicles.
  • Starter: $29 per month, up to 400 vehicles per month, with a 14-day free trial.
  • Pro: $69 per month, unlimited vehicles.

Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Prices exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

4. Guest payments

Tips and parking fees paid by Guests are charged on behalf of the Venue. The Venue sets fee amounts and is responsible for distributing tips to its staff and for any disputes about service. Contact the Venue first about a charge; we will help where we can.

5. Venue responsibilities

Venues are solely responsible for vehicles, keys, staff conduct, insurance, permits, local laws, and for obtaining consent before sending text messages to Guests. Venues must not use the Service for unlawful purposes or to send marketing messages.

6. Acceptable use

You may not attempt to access tickets or data that are not yours, disrupt the Service, reverse-engineer it, or resell it without written permission.

7. Data

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Venues own the operational data they enter and may export it at any time.

8. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided “as is” without warranties. Keep a fallback (such as a paper log) for critical events.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss of or damage to vehicles or property, or for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or fail to pay.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or in the app at least 14 days in advance.
