# ipark.today > Contactless valet and event parking software (B2B SaaS). Venues issue digital valet claim tickets by QR code or SMS; guests request their car with one tap and tip by card or Apple Pay. Guests need no app and no account. Plans: Single Event $19 (48h, up to 150 cars), Starter $29/month (up to 400 cars, 14-day free trial), Pro $69/month (unlimited). A low-cost alternative to $150-$300/month enterprise valet systems. ## How it works - Guest: attendant checks the car in, guest scans the ticket QR on the attendant's phone (or taps the texted link), taps "Request My Car" when leaving, picks up when the ticket shows "Ready at Stand", optionally tips. - Attendant: mobile terminal with quick intake (plate, make, colour, auto or manual key hook, optional mobile), live retrieval queue with timers, parked inventory. - Manager: venue setup (type, plan, hooks, tip presets, free or paid parking), printable podium QR sign, live stats, usage, payments, history export. ## Key pages - [Home](https://ipark.today/): product overview and live demo - [How it works](https://ipark.today/how-it-works): guest, attendant and manager flow - [Pricing](https://ipark.today/pricing): plans and comparison with legacy valet software - [Help center](https://ipark.today/help): FAQs for guests, attendants and managers - [Guides](https://ipark.today/blog): articles on valet operations - [Find my valet ticket](https://ipark.today/ticket): guest ticket lookup - [About](https://ipark.today/about), [Contact](https://ipark.today/contact) - [Terms](https://ipark.today/terms), [Privacy](https://ipark.today/privacy), [Refunds](https://ipark.today/refunds) - [Full text for AI](https://ipark.today/llms-full.txt) ## Guides - [What is contactless valet parking? A: No. Your valet ticket opens in your phone's web browser. There is nothing to install and no sign-up. Q: How do I get my ticket? A: At drop-off the attendant shows you a QR code — point your camera at it. If you gave your number, you'll also get a text with the link. You can always scan the QR sign at the valet stand and enter your plate. Q: How do I get my car back? A: Open your ticket and tap “Request My Car”, then confirm. The ticket shows “Attendant Retrieving Car” and changes to “Ready at Stand” when your car is waiting. Q: Is there a parking fee? A: That depends on the venue. If there is a fee, your ticket shows it and you pay by card or Apple Pay before requesting your car. Q: How do tips work? A: Choose an amount on your ticket and pay by card or Apple Pay. Tips go to the venue's valet team. Q: Is my ticket secure? A: Each ticket has a long random link that can't be guessed. Plate look-up on the podium only works at that venue and only for cars currently parked. We never show your phone number to other guests. Q: I lost my ticket link. A: Scan the QR sign at the valet stand and enter your license plate, or ask the attendant to show your ticket QR again. Q: How do I check a car in? A: Tap “New car”, enter the plate, make/model and colour, and optionally the guest's mobile. The next free key hook is assigned automatically. A QR code then appears for the guest to scan. Q: How do I see requests? A: The Retrieval tab shows requested cars in order with a live timer and a beep for new requests. Tap “Vehicle Ready at Stand”, then “Delivered”. Q: Can several attendants use it at once? A: Yes. Every signed-in phone for the venue updates in real time. Q: Can I show a guest their QR again? A: Yes. In the Parked tab, tap the QR icon next to the car. Q: Which plan should I choose? A: Single Event ($19, 48 hours, up to 150 cars) for one-off events; Starter ($29/month, up to 400 cars, 14-day free trial) for small venues; Pro ($69/month, unlimited) for busy venues. Q: Can I cancel anytime? A: Yes. Monthly plans have no contract and can be cancelled at any time. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Q: Can I export history? A: Yes. The manager dashboard exports completed cars as CSV, or print it to PDF. Q: How do I change hooks, tips or the parking fee? A: Open the manager dashboard and choose “Edit lot setup”.
