Refund & Cancellation Policy

Free trial
The Starter plan includes a 14-day free trial. Cancel before it ends and you will not be charged.
Monthly plans (Starter, Pro)
Cancel at any time from the manager dashboard or by emailing us. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing month and is not renewed. We don't charge cancellation fees.
If you're charged for a renewal you didn't intend and haven't used the Service since, email us within 7 days for a full refund of that month.
Single Event pass
The $19 pass is refundable in full if no vehicles were checked in, on request within 7 days of purchase. Once vehicles have been checked in, it's non-refundable.
Service problems
If an outage on our side stops you from using the Service during a paid event, contact us and we'll refund or credit the affected period.
Guest tips and parking fees
These are paid to the venue. Please ask the venue first for a refund. If you can't resolve it, email us with your ticket link and we'll help.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5–10 business days.
